Hello, It's  Mental Health Awareness Day  on  10th October 2020.  Being healthy or fit is not just about physical well-being but also includes mental well being. Along with physical health,  MENTAL HEALTH is of utmost importance.  We all know there's a pandemic going on all across the world and it is taking a toll on everyone's MENTAL HEALTH. Before this pandemic most of us didn't take out time to even think for a mental health. This pandemic taught a lot of things and also it took some of the most important people. Most of us are feeling very demotivated to get back to work. It's not just about that, also a lot of HATE is spreading throughout the internet and all social media platforms. Mental Health Matters

Just an open letter to everyone struggling with anything and everything. YOU MATTER even if noone told you. There are many people that love and admire but just are afraid of expressing themselves. You need to understand that "ITS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY". There are times when even I, a 17 /soon to be 18 year old girl, struggles with situations in my life. What am I struggling with? Many things, even those which don't exist for you. Age DOESN'T matter. You can be 18 or 70 year old and still be depressed and sad. MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY EVERYONE. Let's talk about it. The term HEALTH in 12th std biology textbook is defined as "A STATE OF COMPLETE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING." Let's speak up and Address these issues. We need to START supporting each other and STOP judging everyone. Let's break the TABOOS today, else they are always gonna stay with everyone.
